What you can ask us
Most of the messages that arrive in our inbox fall into one of four buckets. The more specific you are about which bucket yours fits into, the faster you will get a useful reply back.
The biggest category is traveller questions. You are flying into Toronto for a Group F match and need to pick a neighbourhood. You have tickets for a knockout match in Mexico City and cannot work out the metro line that gets you to Estadio Azteca. You want to know which power adapter works across all three host countries. We have very likely already written a guide on it, so a quick scan through our Travel section is the fastest first step. If our pages do not cover your specific situation, send the form below and we will dig into it for you.
The second is content corrections. A price has changed since we published. A train route is no longer running. A stadium has tightened its bag policy. The 2026 tournament is a moving target and our pages need to keep up. If you spot something that is out of date, broken or factually wrong, send it our way and we will fix it inside 24 hours on the bigger ones.
The third is partnership and advertising inquiries. We work with travel brands, hotel groups, currency-exchange providers, eSIM operators and other businesses with a natural reason to reach World Cup travellers. The cleanest entry point is the Advertise page, but if your proposal does not fit the standard slot, write directly and we will reply with a media kit and rate card within two business days.
The fourth is press and media. If you are a journalist or producer covering the 2026 tournament, we can connect you with sources we have spoken to during our reporting, share unpublished data points from our research, or arrange a quick comment from the editorial team. Please flag your deadline in the first line of your message so we can route the request appropriately.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell match tickets and we cannot resolve ticketing issues on your behalf. For anything to do with buying, transferring or refunding a ticket, the only authoritative source is the FIFA Tickets app and FIFA customer support. We also cannot give visa or entry-requirement decisions. Those vary by your passport, by your country of residence and by which of the three host countries you plan to enter, and the only reliable answer comes from the official consulate or government immigration site for the destination.
Before you write
A quick check of our Travel guides, Match Day Guide and Budget Calculator will answer most of the questions we receive faster than the 48 hours it takes us to reply. Use the form above for anything those pages do not cover, anything time-sensitive, or anything that calls for a real conversation rather than a guide. We read every message personally, so the more context you can give us in the first message, the fewer back-and-forths it takes to land on a useful answer.
